SHIPPING POLICY

Attention...USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Some customers may experience shipping delays that are outside of the control.

Most items ship within 7-14 business days due to our custom pieces that are designed and made in-house, in some instances, it may take longer to process due to high volume. However due to the uniqueness of some of our custom pieces that are drop-shipped from our manufacturer it may take longer to ship. We ask that our customers be patient as we work to produce high quality products for you to enjoy.

Swaaggermob Apparel is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The purchaser is responsible for entering correct shipping information.  The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address.  We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address.  If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. 


If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).  Or, if the purchaser prefers, Swaaggermob Apparel can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.
