Refunds & Exchanges
All of our items are custom made to order. We ask that you review your items before checking out to ensure accuracy of your order. Once an order is placed the order cannot be changed, modified or cancelled. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If there is an issue with your order that is no fault of your own such as item defect, we will not issue a refund but will issue you a store credit to our online store minus the shipping.

Returns  
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Do not return items to manufacturer. Contact us if you have a problem with your order.

All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping of your products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your purchased item has left our facility we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure your delivery address is accurate before checking out.
